Day 2 of Thankful November

Today I am thankful for my loving husband who works so hard for his family. Thank you John for being an amazing father and for making us laugh everyday. You give Addison the best gift of all, loving her mommy. I love you John!

Hello Again

So, I haven't posted in a long time and with the month of November here it always makes me think of all the reasons I am so blessed and very thankful for the wonderful life I have. So to get me back on track with my blog I am going to do the 30 things I am most thankful for and share some of the pictures you might of missed while I was not blogging this summer. Enjoy

November 1st:

Today I am thankful for by beautiful little girl, Addison Lee. She is such a blessing to us and we thank God every day for her. She keeps us laughing all the time. We love watching her grow and learn. Thank you Addison for making me a Mommy.

Funny Food

Daddy's Girl

Addison loves to visit the wrestling room, but what kids wouldn't love a big open space that is fully padded to run and play in. She enjoys chasing daddy around and the boys get a kick out of watching her crawl all over the place and dance to their music. I try not to think about what is on the mats!! I just wipe her down with disinfectant wipes and give her a bath right when we get home. NO she will not wrestle but she better enjoy it if she wants to see her daddy from November to February.

HAIR?!?!

Slowly we are starting to get some hair. I just can't wait to put pig tails in her hair! This was our first first try at two little piggy tails!! John and I got a good laugh at them.

Easter

Addison's first Easter was full of fun baskets and egg hunts with her cousins. We missed daddy as he was on a wrestling trip but took lots of pictures for him. She looked so sweet in her Easter dress. We discovered one of her new favorite thing is bubbles!! She also got a ride from Jake in his car, I think we have a little dare devil on our hands.

Bath Time

Addison is happy to do just about anything but she gets so excited when we start running the bath water. She loves the water!! We are look forward to this summer when we can play at the pool.

We Can't Wait!!

So Addison and I can't wait any longer for SPRING to get here! We went on a walk this week, it must of been the first day in 2 months that we have seen the sun so we took full advantage of it. We went for a little walk in her snowsuit and stopped at the park for her first fun on a swing. She loved it, laughed out loud every time i would push her. I think we will be spending many hours on the swings this summer!! I only had my phone with me to take pictures but next time I am bring the video camera with us.

Our First Cold

So I know everyone marks the first time for some many things. So here is a picture of our first time being sick. My poor little booger had a some real boogers to share. Slowly we are getting better and I am ready for her to go back to being my good sleeper and not wake up in the middle of the night. We are hoping a weekend at home with Mommy will get Addi better. We will be cheering on the three Carmel Wrestlers at state from the couch thanks to the web.

I AM IN LOVE!!

People told me you will love your child like you have never loved anything before and I knew I would love her but really I didn't understand it fully till I had Addison. Is must be one of the greatest feelings in the world!!

Do We Have To???

This is what we were all asking ourselves when Monday came and we had to go back to work after two weeks of winter break. How many days till summer??

GO HOUNDS!!

Addison is such a good sport about going to all the wrestling meets. She enjoys watching the wrestling and seeing Daddy jump around!! I enjoy dressing her up in cute blue and gold outfits!! She is the talk of the meets. I have strangers coming up to me all day telling me that she is just the most beautiful and happy baby they have ever seen. I must agree!!!

So, John and I might of enjoyed this more then Addison. She had a smile on her face the whole time but that is normal for her. She is always game to try anything we do. What a easy baby she is.

Christmas Fun

I love Christmas and it only got better this year with sharing it with a child. Not that she understands but to us we had so much fun helping her open her many gifts and sharing the few traditions that we have started with her. We enjoyed time with family and friends over our two weeks off. I also spend a lot of time spoiling Addison!! Which might of been the best part of my break.
